What a Mobile Detail Covers
A mobile detail is a hand wash plus a thorough interior clean, done where your car is parked instead of at a shop. It goes further than a car wash: the cabin is vacuumed, steamed, shampooed and protected, and the exterior is hand washed with the wheels, tires, glass and door jambs cleaned properly.
- Exterior: pre-wash, hand wash and dry, deep cleaning of the wheels and tires, bug and tar removal, glass and door jambs.
- Interior: seats and carpets vacuumed, vents steam cleaned, mats scrubbed, spots and stains treated, fabric shampooed, and leather, plastic and vinyl protected.
- Deep interior work (Signature package): seat and carpet extraction, steam sanitation, pet hair removal, stain and odor treatment, interior protection and a ceramic spray sealant outside.

Add-Ons for the Full Detail
Starting prices: carpet extraction $40, seat extraction $15 per seat, seat belt cleaning $5 per belt, pet hair removal $25, odor elimination $50, excessive stain removal $20, and engine bay detail $40.
Worked example: a medium SUV with a dog in the back seat. The Full Detail ($189) plus pet hair removal ($25), odor elimination ($50) and extraction on five seats ($75) comes to at least $339. The Signature for the same SUV is $249 and includes all of it.

Each polish starts with a hand wash, paint decontamination and clay treatment as needed. A One-Step uses one stage of machine polishing to lift gloss and reduce light swirls and haze. A Two-Step adds a compounding stage first, for paint with heavier swirls. Both finish with paint protection. Ceramic coating is applied to all painted exterior surfaces after polishing, and its final price is confirmed once we see the paint. Maintenance Plans
The Maintenance Refresh visits every 2 weeks for an interior clean, exterior hand wash, wheels, tires and glass, from $119 per visit (coupe or sedan) or $139 (SUV, truck or van). Signature Maintenance visits once a month for a deeper clean that includes carpets and hard-to-reach areas, from $149 or $179 per visit. Shore Towns and Inland Towns: What Monmouth County Cars Deal With
Where you live in the county changes what ends up in your car. Here is what we plan for in each part of Monmouth County.
Along the Coast and the Rivers
Long Branch, Asbury Park and Wall Township sit close to the beaches, and Red Bank, Rumson and Middletown border the Navesink and Shrewsbury rivers. Cars here collect fine sand in the carpets and seat rails, a salty film on the glass and paint, and bird droppings that can mark the clear coat if they sit. A hand wash and glass cleaning deal with the film, and the Signature’s carpet extraction is the best fix for sand that has worked deep into the fibers.
Inland and Western Monmouth
Freehold, Marlboro, Manalapan, Howell, Colts Neck and Holmdel have more open land, farms and horse properties. The problems there are fine dust in the vents and dash seams, mud on the floor mats and door sills, and heavy spring pollen on the paint. Steam-cleaned vents, scrubbed mats and cleaned door jambs are part of every Full Detail for that reason.
Winter Everywhere in the County
New Jersey roads are treated with salt and brine all winter, so every town sees white residue on the wheels, lower doors and carpets by the end of the season. A detail after the salt season clears the wheels, jambs and salt-stained mats; extraction takes care of salt lines in the carpet. We don’t list an undercarriage wash.
How a Mobile Appointment Works
- Book online. Pick a package, your vehicle, any add-ons, and an open date and time, then enter the address.
- Tell us about the car. Use the notes to mention pet hair, stains, odors or anything fragile so we plan the right amount of time.
- We arrive and assess. We walk around the vehicle, confirm the service with you, set up next to it, and work through each stage.
- Final check. We review the finished car before we pack up.
Water and Power
We currently use your outdoor water supply and a standard electrical outlet rather than carrying our own tank and generator. On larger properties with long driveways, park the car where the spigot and outlet are close by. If there is no outside spigot or outlet, call before booking so we can confirm the job will work.
Booking at Work
We can detail your car at an approved workplace, which means your employer or property manager has agreed to us working in the lot and using water and power. Check this before you book; many office parks and condo associations have rules about washing vehicles on site.
Car Wash or Mobile Detail?
A car wash cleans the outside of the car. A mobile detail cleans and protects the inside and outside, and it comes to you. If the interior is fine and you only need the salt or pollen rinsed off, a car wash is quicker and cheaper.
